Unlike other retailers who use 3rd party warranty providers, or have to send their stock back to Europe or China, we deal with all our warranty claims in-house. All our stock is original & genuine products direct from the manufacturers, whether that's Xiaomi, Micro, Inokim or more. You may see some prices on other websites that seem too good to be true, and that maybe the case as there are a number of 'fake' Xiaomi products on the market.

UK based company:

We are a fully registered UK company & VAT registered. All our electric scooter stock is held and distributed from our warehouse in Gloucestershire, UK. There are many retailers offering extremely low prices, however some of those maybe coming direct from China resulting in a long wait, very little protection and potential import duty to pay.
