Christmas Delivery Information
We are committed to offering the best delivery service over the festive period.
We use a range of couriers depending on the products size & weight.
On most items we are able to offer next working day delivery. If the selected product is not available for a next day service then this will be stated at the shipping stage of checkout or product page itself.
This is an incredibly busy period for our couriers who are dealing with millions of parcels and naturally there are going to be some delays. Please do not leave it to the last moment to order.
Before Christmas:
Orders made on Thursday 22nd December should be delivered on Friday 23rd (if next working day).
Orders made after 2pm Thursday 22nd will not be delivered until Wednesday 28th December at the earliest. The only exception is if Saturday delivery service is selected and paid for in which case it should be delivered on Saturday 24th December.
After Christmas:
We are running limited service between Christmas & New Year. We are open from 10am-3pm on the 28th & 29th. Orders will be dispatched on these dates.
We are closed on the 30th, 31st, 1st & 2nd
Please note between Christmas and New Year next working day delivery is not guaranteed, and maybe 2-3 working days in some cases. Some items may arrive after 3rd January.
Orders made after 1pm on Thursday 29th will be dispatched on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
Post New Year:
We are back open as normal for dispatches and all other services from Tuesday 3rd January.
